What Is sober living? 

Sober living is a structured and safe environment for individuals early in recovery TO receive peer support, uphold accountability, AND live in a substance-free environment.

Our home has a live-in house manager who provides compassion, support, and guidance to help our guests stay committed with their recovery program. We offer a phased program with a focus on holistic healing, self-care, and self-discovery.

Within the First 30 Days of Admission:

​

  • Embrace support: Connect with a spiritual mentor or sponsor.  

  • Set heart-centered intentions: Opening yourself to evolution.

  • A sacred gift for you: Receive a wellness product upon admission to nurture your self-care practice.

  • Stay connected: Attend at least five recovery meetings per week with proof of attendance through the One Step app (AA, NA, Refuge Recovery, SMART Recovery, CoDA, or SLAA).

  • Honor yourself: curfew as part of establishing a mindful and structured routine.

  • Stay accountable: Participate in randomized urinalysis and breathalyzer testing as a commitment to integrity.

  • Support the community: Complete daily assigned chores 

  • Engage with life: Dedicate at least 25 hours per week to outpatient treatment, school, volunteer work, or employment to cultivate purpose.

  • Be here now: Attend our weekly in-house meeting

After 30 Days of Admission:

​

  • Stay committed: Continue attending at least five recovery meetings per week with proof of attendance.

  • Maintain structure: Honor curfew

  • Stay accountable: Participate in randomized urinalysis and breathalyzer testing.

  • Support the home: Continue completing daily assigned chores

  • Stay engaged: Commit to outpatient treatment, school, volunteer work, or employment for at least 25 hours per week.

  • Nurture your well-being: Participate in our weekly in-house meeting

  • enjoy more liberation: Eligible for one overnight pass request

Within 60 Days of Admission:

​

  • Keep showing up: Continue attending at least five recovery meetings per week with proof of attendance.

  • Honor your path: curfew for maintaining a healthy mind for life. 

  • Stay mindful: Participate in randomized urinalysis and breathalyzer testing with honesty and courage.

  • Be of service: Continue completing daily assigned chores, recognizing the power of contribution.

  • Keep growing: Engage in outpatient treatment, school, volunteer work, or employment for at least 25 hours per week.

  • Attend our weekly in-house meeting. 

  • Embrace expansion: Eligible for two overnight pass requests

Within 90 Days of Admission:

​

  • Celebrate your progress: Attend at least three recovery meetings per week with proof of attendance, acknowledging your growth.

  • Maintain balance: curfew and continue honoring yourself with structure and self-care.

  • Stay accountable: Participate in randomized urinalysis and breathalyzer testing

  • Take pride in your space: Complete daily assigned chores as a reflection of gratitude and discipline.

  • Stay connected to your growth: Attend our weekly in-house meeting, embracing a holistic practice that may align with your path.

  • Keep moving forward: Engage in school, volunteer work, or employment for a minimum of 25 hours per week, stepping into your purposes.

  • Embody love: Eligible for three overnight pass requests
